And usually when youre doing repeat business with someone, I at least discount the listing side often to save them some money....making that commissiom difference even less.I will say though I live in a market with fairly complicated laws as well as complicated paper work.

Putting your personal residence into an LLC may cause adverse consequences.Loss of homestead property tax status, potential for loss of Sec 121 exclusion (depending on fact pattern), insurance complications, mortgage complications.It would be well worth the money to consult an attorney who can advise on asset protection before you take action based on what you've been researching and make a mistake.
