Not to mention the DPA (down payment assist) programs available out there for first time buyers.Education is KEY to getting more people on board to buying, and it is just a prevalent issue that some people just put it in their head that they "could never own real estate" or it is not a "stable investment", when they are shutting the door to something that could potentially change their life. 

I play cards with this agent, go to the same church, see him/her at the grocery store.You get the idea.

hello everybody my short long story, been trying to start the real estate business but every time something happened, when I saved good money to start I got new job offer on west Palm Beach I moved there before Christmas time so I worked for couples day's and the company shut down for the holidays, so on that time by moving and get my life Seattle I lost total of 5 weeks without work, after 3 months we decided to back to Ohio because FL was expensive for me with 2 babies. back to Ohio and start looking for job I just got one with decent payment, all the money I saved gone with about 5k deb8in credits and 2 personal loan.what's your guys advice for me from your experience?

We travel, take daily walks together, attend church, assist at the Phoenix mission, garden, hike, keep up on the latest issues, have lunches and dinners with friends, attend family events and sit and stare at the stars.

I wasn't planning on creating a lease term for the renters, they are from our church and really just need a place to rent for a couple months. 

So everyone complains "ohh it is soo hard.. booohooo)OK then friggin shut up, step up, and make it "unhard".

Every HVAC guy said it was the "worst thing they've ever seen done" ... we tried to report the guy, but he isn't licensed-- what's worse-- he's on Angie's list and also preys on people in the church, and pushes his religion so people think he's good!  

I had one client discover who the seller was on Facebook, and they saw that they were really into church and religion. 

Also, when I was there checking out the amenities the tennis courts and racquetball courts were both locked shut.
