My brother was living in another apartment this seller owned.

I have a brother-in-law that's in the Marines.

I've tried in vain to get my brother and sister back in Florida excited about the possibility of creating a partnership LLC to flip some houses.

The owner's brother was a broker and had it priced lower than it should have been, so we gave him his full asking price, got a commercial mortgage, and borrowed the down payment, I think from a credit card.

My father and mother use to be on the title of a duplex located in the LA area but about 29 years ago my dad decided to remove him and my mom from the title because he had heard from someone at a grocery store that he would lose the property to cover the cost of my mother's medical bills that would be incurred on them for the births of me and my twin brother.

@Joe Hammel That's good to know about Detroit, my husbands brother lives there. 

Her brother has offered to buy the house and pretty much cover all the fees. 

I also brought on my brother as a partner for my wholesaling business (I know what you’ll say…but we get along, and he’s as passionate about real estate as I am, and that’s hard to find).
