Are there any good sources out there showing somewhat accurate population growth expectations for the upcoming years in the cities on this list? 

So far, the biggest commitment has come from Whole Foods, which plans to occupy a large retail space as the anchor store.

Really, any content about mortgages from any source that's more than 2 years old should be disregarded -- occasionally someone will bump an old thread with an old post that I myself made, and it might have been right at the time, but as of 2018 it is wrong. 

What's the biggest bang for your buck?

However, I'm only in the state about 2-3 time a year since I live in N.Y now.Most sources tell me to focus on one market first, which in my case would be SC.

Hubzu.com is also a good source for small MF but you're fighting the crowd on those deals.

Personally I would be most interested in buy and hold rentals (or lease options), but any type of data collection can have application for the other types of strategy in the end (exit strategy contingencies, etc.).I agree that local news is a good source, though it is generally lagging (by about a quarter in most cases). 

I thought Premier might be of help and the two other sources came up empty as neither had ventured into the management area.
