Buildium has integrated accounting software in addition to online rental applications, integrated tenant screening, e-leases,  online rent payment (with automated accounting) and (recently) cash payments via paynearme.

There has been many hosts that are able to own multiple properties with having the whole experience automated.

With a paid subscription you can unlock automations such as preset task lists. 

They started putting due on sale clauses in their mortgage instruments.

They both have codeboxes tied into a software system that automates showing scheduling and access code delivery.

The first instrument collateralizes the loan with the particular piece of real estate, while the second details the specifics of the loan agreement (interest rate, term, etc.).

We own and operate 5 between New Hampshire and Provincetown, MA, and have a property management / co-hosting business that serves Ptown (which is a highly seasonal vacation market that's swamped from June-August, solid in Sept, Oct, and May, quieter in Nov-Dec, and below 10% occupancy from Jan-Apr).We've learned to automate whatever possible in terms of messaging and pricing, but automating does NOT mean autopilot.
