This is my second post...the first one was more of a test run... but I am trying to find a CRM software to use for wholesaling, I want to be able to hold all my information, phone numbers, notes, etc.. does anyone have any they use and really like?

Just like in early 2000, C language was once so popular and suddenly it was replaced by different other languages and the software engineer who only adept at C lost their jobs.Not sure when this 3D printed house will be at scale and how it’s changing supply vs demand picture in the rental market.Or maybe it’s just like a on-going competition between diesel engine vs electrified battery/fuel cell as we see nowadays.

Looking for recommendations on software to keep track of expenses, generate reports, create tax estimates, and record reciepts.

The issue is really what can you demonstrate or prove under an audit. 

It is built into out software and they must provide us a copy and list us as  additional interest or additionally insured so that we get notified if they try and cancel

Hey @Barbara Chaney, if anything, your research shows the flaws of all the software out there that predict nightly occupancy and rates.

I don't mind hiccups in the software, but not having reliable customer service to get these sorted is a no-go for me. 

I'm still an active investor/GC, although much less nowadays, and have got into artificial intelligence and software for real estate.

Should I be using book keeping software so early in the game to track these preliminary expenses as I look for my first Brrrr deal in SLC?
