Assuming you do not have a ton of money I would not spend money on a website unless I knew in advance the quality of what they have.I would spend more time meeting with other investors and asking them what they find works.

Rentals are not normally of the same quality and condition as owner-occupied properties, so if the comps are for owner-occupied and this is a rental, the value could be less.Good Luck,Mike
