A Ski Chalet in Utah that attracts vacationers in the winter might only be 30% occupancy but regular day to day Airbnbs are 45-50% for people who people don't know what they are doing or upwards of 80% for professionals.

One alternative strategy is to rent a home with an empty ADU and then sublease that ADU out. 

Data centers seem like a good idea but will companies that store lots of data rent from me and if so how do I find/attract these companies to my data center?

Alternately buy a duplex, triplex or fourplex with the same kind of loan.

Thanks for the input, it was recommended by my PM as a cheaper alternative,but I think that I'll go the LVP route.

It's about 1-mile from the center of town which is nice because it's a little quieter but still close enough to walk down to all the attractions.

As an alternative I thought that I can have the tenants just pay percentages of the utilities and let them work it out.

There are lots of amenities and local attractions.
