My concern here isn't time, money, or lack of deals, it's the fact my schedule isn't predictable in any form. 

One of the the tips is “fall in love with the ROI and not the real estate, don’t concern yourself with crime maps and school data.”

This is addressed every couple of weeks on BP. 

I guess that was my main concern in this whole deal.

Does anybody know of a website that will find phone numbers if you can provide the name and address?  

My main concern is when title transfers there is a chance the bank will call the old loan due.

Would you mind messaging me with the address, beds, baths, etc?

My favorite bad wholesaler trope is when they try to sell you a property, but then when you Google the address you see it on the MLS pending for like 20% less than what the wholesaler was asking for.

My concern would be that the tenant initiates payment on the first then I find out 5 days later they had insufficient funds. 

It's refreshing to hear a more conservative approach to real estate investing than is often addressed.
