I *think* I've lost one potential buyer in the past 4 years because of this.Now, I've decided that the benefit of having my blog outweighs the risk of scaring buyers, but if I didn't have my blog, I almost certainly wouldn't be sharing BEFORE pictures or intimate rehab details.

Lost equity, destroyed credits, lost homes, lost jobs, lost 401ks... call me crazy, the banks themselves simply bucking up and reducing the overall debt of the country by $100B or so seems "fair" to me at this point.
