You should be able to get a pretty accurate estimate of appreciation by simply looking at sales over time.

It’s been a really smooth process, at the end of the majority of units there will be a study sheet you can bookmark to look back on when preparing for your test, you can do it right at home and they give you a great timeline to do so, I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far. 

Last stress test for short term, could you withstand no income on the property for 6 months? 

I would love some advice on this spreadsheet to see if there is anything I'm missing or anything that should be tweaked to get a more accurate estimate on cost/expenses of a potential property.

I think most investors recognize the power of hard work so would encourage you to develop your own script and test it.

You can optimize via A/B split testing and other means but that comes once you have mailed thousands of letters, so you can see trends. 

They just make the paragraph vague and overly broad.I think they're testing you to see who is in charge.I encourage you to be in charge here.
