Hi everyone,I have a quick question, wondering if anyone could help someone out for International Women's Day!

I'm considering doing a 50:50 equity partnership with one of my associates and was wondering if it's possible to structure a househack in a way where I would be living in it (for at least a year) while my partner does not.

Wondering if this is something I can get into with little to no financial risk or if I should wait until I'm out of college and have more money.

I suggest reading the forums, blogs, webinars etc about it.Basically they are notes backed by real estate where the person stopped paying for one reason or another.

We as a firm have investors working with us who have rental properties all over the US big and small.Finding a real estate-focused tax professional and one who can help with advisory and grow with you would be my suggestion to focus your efforts on finding.
