I would like to hire a VA.

The 2 I got were in an older neighborhood built in the 50s, no A/C, VA floor tiles, all identical, 936SF, etc. 

Wow, so i went to my first REIA meeting tonight and as i was talking to one of the investors their and they informed me that it was a myth that i had to live in my current home for 2 years before i could move and use my VA loan again.( That is what i was under the impression of..due to lack of research and just being stupid lol) Now if this is actually the case then i will be able to buy a duplex and rent out one half with my VA loan, and rent out the current house that me and my wife used the VA Loan to purchase..Im excited with this new information lol.

I have a guy I met at a REIA meeting and a wholesaler from Danville, Va that told me if I have questions, ask them.

We use Freedom Bank of Virginia and City First has been recommended to us but we have not used them yet. 

I would never do this deal, but he has VA loan so luckily he breaks even. 2.

My plan is to use my VA loan to buy it, live in one unit and rent the other for a year.
