So I think there is an argument for getting those properties in your portfolio while the getting is good.In general, I view leverage as a good thing.

Hey McKenzie, My Husband and I are looking for our 3rd and did a BRR for our 2nd... would you please send me some more details like location, pictures and I would be glad to share some of what we have learned and talk deal. 

I am keeping my ear out for group meet ups, and once i find them i will let you know the details. 

Do I bring my buyer and my seller together at the same time to view the property for the first time?

Just have a lawyer make a joint venture contract where the details are spelled out.

I can find that out with a little more research, but my main concern is that I don't know enough about certain terms or details.
