What is the best way to remove the infestation, or what is the best way to screen a pest control company?

I signed up for Buildium, the property management tools are good:  I like keep tracking of my leases, leases that are maturing soon, tenant contact info, electronic payments, and tenant screening tools are easy to use and help to keep me organized. 

Moving forward I might start implementing m2m leases and tightening screening criteria and inflate the rents a little more than market to alleviate the trash.

Instead, I have strong systems in place for screening, training, managing, and evicting tenants.

Watching TV in a room filled with artwork of scantily clad women is a bonus. 

I assume you include TV and internet for another $100 or more.

Of course, you must screen them as you would screen anybody else.

Credit/background screening is a revenue source.

I keep it pretty dang simple when it comes to screening Multi's.

Time to get a new PM if you're using one that is too scared to screen your tenants properly for you @Andrew S.
