The market resists you at first but once you break through, you are quickly rewarded.

Selling real estate can be fun, rewarding and fulfilling, if you are engaged, have drive and are ready to “ truly “ make more $$.Property does sell or move because, often times the owner or the representative has no ideas. 

Everyone is different and you just need to evaluate the risks and rewards and be able to pivot as needed.

It would seem that economics of losing customers to that because their costs are increasing due to "duck curves", they'll be able to secure funding for storage infrastructure and be rewarded for doing so.

A career as an agent can be very stressful and challenging yet extremely rewarding, not just financially but in freedom (time).As others mentioned, tune out the noise from those that are not supportive.

I currently work for a credit card company in the rewards area and am a Captain in the USMCR.

Honesty, I would probably enjoy helping them with these deals for them at no “cost” , but it’s rewarding to see they value this and want to make sure I’m equally compensated.- I am not an agent- if possible, I’d prefer more of compensation through equity in the deal, rather than a one time “service fee”, or margin through selling “turnkey”- if equity is not an option, maybe because my partners rather own the home entirely, could i charge a flat rate for my services?
