Live in nyc and have opportunities in the 5 boroughs, nj and long island.

I am currently stuck on Bremerton, Everett,  Fort lewis area, and Whidbey island .

That seems strange, because its honestly not that short a walk to anything.The place I looked at Friday as a fix-and-flip, roughly Sixth and Santa Fe for those who know Denver, gets an 82.I stuck in one of our favorite vacation spots in Kona on the Big Island.

The problem is land owner continually increase prices due to the demand, sometimes to much.
