Depending on the rate and term of the personal loan, I would imagine that payment to be no more than $250.

When I hear the word wholesaler I imagine someone that inflates the after repair value or totally misses it with the rehab budget what are your experiences ? 

I've heard this is not the norm, but after doing business with him, I can't imagine not having that level of transparency.

recently dropped from 75k to down 60k  (a year ago a similar triplex nearby sold for 75k)The owner is out of state and will carry a note - willing to take 10k down and carry 30 years @5% with 5 year balloon through his realtor.has 2  2/1 on each end that will rent out for about 450 and in the middle a 1/1 to rent about 350Personally, I can't imagine allowing people to live in such conditions, and would have to fix it up as best as possible - keeping in mind the neighboring houses are in disrepair as wellsounds like a great deal but also a potential nightmare:/

I would imagine I would need to qualify for the mortgage payment myself but with my current mortgage would they be willing to give me another mortgage payment?

I imagine you might say "forget holding and renting this property out, I will sell it and pocket the money for my next deal".

With lots of imagination, it can be turned into a 3 unit building I think:1 studio apt2 - 2 bedrooms I’m just wondering what my first steps should be.
