Having a HW tank fail at 6am in the middle of winter in a multi unit, when everyone needs to shower, is a nightmare.

This is the fundamental problem I have with Wall Street who takes too much fees off the hard-working efforts of the middle class.

This is leaving a hole in rentals in the middle for workforce tenants that are clean. 

Some people are somewhere in the middle with BRRRR -- real estate wealth has a lot of investment vehicles to achieve the goal, so figure out the goal(s) and where you might want to act to achieve it.

You use a hand truck to pull the fridge up the ramp, then secure the ramp, then use ratcheting load straps to strap the fridge to the middle of the ramp.The fridge won't be anywhere near heavy enough to cause you axle loading issues even on a small utility trailer.You can buy a custom hitch and wiring harness for most sedans, vans, station wagons, and utility vehicles.
