There are an additional 10+ steps in the process when compared to a vanilla FHA Loan, and those steps can be painful, prolonged and expensive if you don't get a lender that can really lead you in the right direction.

if you do it’s probably not urgent to fix and while it’s a pain in the *** it’s pretty straightforward. you just need to get a price for it.

Hopefully it will be resolved soon but definitely has delayed things and it's painful to have an Airbnb ready to go that cant be used yet.

I don't have a favorite yet, but I agree that I tend to avoid anything older than 1979 so that I can avoid the led paint issues - you can test for it very simply with a kit, and then entomb it/encase it, but what a pain.
