You can close in your own name, then transfer to the LLC at a later point.Contact the county recorder; this is what I found:Purchase in personal name(singular is easier) and get the Warrant or Grant Deed.Once recorded, revest the title using a Quitclaim deed, no sales price listed thereon and stated purpose is "To revest the title".

Granted, you may not be able to reach the peaks of a market like south florida or southern california, phoenix, etc...but at the end of the day you won't be subjected to a huge tumble in property values if the market stumbles...and you would in these areas I just mentioned.

Landlords in any MSA could elect to disclose information such as the tenant's name, the address he/she was living, was an eviction process ever started against that tenant, was an eviction ever granted, was a Sheriff ever called to set a tenant's property outside, or were the police ever called on your tenants.
