A couple people have said other places they looked at had water stains on the ceiling, chipped paint and all the fixtures looked old (most of mine are all new with ceiling fans in every bedroom) for around the same price.

People with Windows phones are like cubs fans. 

But I doubt you can get away with that in a basement, so you're looking at some kind of fan/vent to the exterior.The attic/pitch thing concern is real.

I have 3000 to start with and good credit so getting a loan wouldnt be much of problem but Im not a big fan of borrowing money.
