You might consider investing in private lending and easily get 8-12% on your money very passively, build up your reserves, and get that RE license, and learn RE while you earn income.

I did this instead of using my own money which when used on my own project would be earning me what the hard money lender would be charging. 

You will be earning a new education to the one you just completed.Anyway, depending on your strategy you will need to learn quite a bit about the path you will take.

Every company needs to earn your business.

The condition, town sewer, system update, 3rd floor walk-up and great in-town location to schools, MBTA, EBSCO & restaurants – makes this a very desirable property when completed.
