Single-hung usually next in line, then double-hung... casement/awning windows of comparable size are usually the most costly of the common window types.Be sure to pay attention to the egress needs - while a 2650 DH might meet egress, a 2650 casement may not (or it may need side pivot hardware).I could write a small novel on what to look for when buying windows... however, sleep beckons.

Double glass is usually sufficient as opposed to triple glass (depending on weather and noice conditions), but I would recommend a thicker glass (usually it is 3mm, but upgrading to 4mm glass would not cost much more and it would provide better insulation and resistance to accidental breakage).if you need any more info, just ask

I recognize that long term appreciation is unlikely with this type of property however the cash on cash returns seem strong (for my area) and given the fact that this acquisition will double my units and allow me to begin generating enough free cash flow to begin funding the acquisition of additional properties, it is attractive.
