Anyways, I'm currently in the diamond bar/chino hills/walnut area and am looking for two specific things.

We have been with Appfolio since 2009 with 3000 units, and we receive great service, but we also have Appfolio +, hence I believe the reason we get stellar service, but I don’t think that should set the bar.

Even though the best place I seen for real estate is New York or California.

Attorneys study the law for years (and usually have to go to law school) and have to pass the bar, which is quite difficult to pass.
