What was your plan for your portfolio? 

I have the time to self manage but not too sure what I'm getting into. 

I am on an H1B visa and new to rental properties.

At REI Capital Fund LLC, we’ve worked with a wide range of investors, from those flipping their first property to those building large rental portfolios.

I don't think we will ever have enough "doors" to replace an income in this time frame, but we would like to get to 5 doors in the next 5 years which we would sell in 10-15 years to help supplement our retirement income.

I have taken my real estate agent course work and plan to take the exam and sign on with a low cost broker to handle my own transactions.
