Then one of them, with a real estate license, would get it sold.Not a huge profit per person, because there were so many of them, but return was very quick and quite good for the actual hours each one put it.I don't recomend that business model because there aren't many families where every family member, including the teenagers, are such hard workers.

But really seems to me its an indication the business model for broadcast TV has been damaged by both other sources of TV, the plethora of cable channels in particular, as well as the available of information and entertainment on the internet.

I really would like to do more deals and have found some good deals that fall into into my model (buy and hold, 2-4 unit student housing) but I know I won't get approved for the financing on them.
