(Leverage is useful) The ones I worry about are these mental cases everyone is calling "experts" who are out buying at hyperinflated prices financing to the max and ending up with a 200 story building made of match sticks :shock:A higher cash on cash makes leverage look more attractive than it really is.. some times.
