You'll get them rented out, but after someone leaves, prepare for some touching up.

Of course I'm not touching electrical or plumbing with a ten foot pole.

Total plus sinks, updated cabinets, fixtures, tubs = 6K min.Paint: Everything needs painted inside and exteriour touched up.

Wouldn't touch it with a 5 foot pole if any remodeling can't get me a rent above the 681 EUR treshhold.

They were things that we did not touch-the washing machine hookup should be GFI protected, and a small repair to the sill on the bulkhead.

I use a flat base paint so if i go back and touch up paint you cant tell where it was. that way when tennants move out i dont have to paint the entire place.

I plan on making a bank account for the property and not touching it until I retire from the service.

@Bill Gulley - OK Bill - sorry for the personal touch but hey I thought it was better than posting - Hey Biggerpockets - even tho you guys talk about it all the time I still don't 100% get seller financing.....  

She's too nervous to touch our home equity as we just had a baby and she simply hasn't done any research (nor is she about to) on using home equity as a strategy for REI.
