I don't follow the data in other states, but I would suspect the opposite might be true in shrinking states like NY or CA.

now if it rents for say 1500  then you would be positive 280 a month X 12  or 3360 a year on 46k or about 8% Leverd cash on cash.. again could be OK if its a super place and super solid tenants.. but that cheap of condo I would be suspect
