How many units can the property support?

I appreciate your support and I will certainly keep you in mind if I have more troubling questions after reading the guide and doing more homework first.

We are now most thankful to be looking at a full recovery, thanks to the people at Children's Memorial Hospital, my wife, and the many friends who have supported us.

So I would like to get into real estate business for financial support.

After analyzing all of our options, we determined that the best decision, both financially and emotionally, is to move back home to have family support with the baby while house hacking a 3 or 4 family as she finishes school (my RE goals is to BRRRR properties until I can supplement my salary).
