It was in different sections, you could look up an address by street and the owner's name was listed with other information and it would identify tenants.

It works great to go talk to potential buyers find out what they are looking for and then go pound the street to look for the deal.

I don't know about murders, drugs, etc. at the house or neighborhood. 

I just bought a two unit building in the u street corrider and debating whether to have long term tenants or furnish it and rent it out for short term use. 

You can try to change the windows on the street facade which is a very expensive endevour (approx. $800 - $2500 per unit).

If there is a deluxe place across the street, then you probably have to charge less.You have to remember to empty the coin deposits, as they can accumulate faster than you think.

Or a busy street or something.

Those kill me because I know in 3 weeks I will need the Sheriff there to throw them out on the street because they won't find somewhere to go, but I bite my tongue because I work with the same judges every time.  

I know my local market almost street by street, so when a wholesaler emails out a very thin deal using comps from a mile and a half away in a much better area I know it's BS.

On September 9, 2015 I served  a 14 Notice to Quit on Tenant by leaving a copy (tape to the front door) at 123 Main Street, Any town" or insert by mailing first class or if you go out to the apartment and the tenant is there  by giving in hand (You could also have them sign an acceptance or acknowledge if you are able to get them in hand)Or use a constable/sheriff to serve and they will fill in the return of service part.But this goes back to the bigger question as to why they are late and what do you want to do about it.
