Multifamily investors’ first-half performance in 2015 was on par with the levels of activity in the first half of 2014, which featured 23 deals valued at $396 million.

@Aaron Montague The nice feature of an equitable title in this deal is that I won't have to buy (and thus close) the property from the seller which cuts out a significant amount of time.

I would start with going to real estate meetup groups in your area to learn more via seminars and networking.
