Your property appeals to neither a growing family (too small) or the young professional still seeking fun (not within walking).Here is the MILLION DOLLAR question:   If you were buying an investment property, would this be one you would buy.

I'd like to try to get at least one more evaluation so if anyone has a property management company they highly recommend, that info would be much appreciated.

When a tenant moves out, transfer the deposit back to Checking so it's ready to apply towards expenses or refund the Tenant.If you end up with excess funds in the Checking account, I recommend you transfer it to a third account designated explicitly for future investments.
