Hello Estrella, during my offseason in the Colorado area, I heavily rely on furnished finder for my property at a reduced rate so that I can fill the slow months but make enough to get to get by.

Interesting discussion.We have four medium-term furnished rentals between Denver and Colorado Springs.

@Linda Weygant was based in Denver for years so she's incredibly knowledgable on Colorado tax, she's also an investor, CPA, works with clients virtually, and has been on the BP podcast. 

I am in need of a good tax strategist and or cpa my person will be retiring soon in the Denver Colorado Area, I also have some property in Texas.I have a question regarding capital gain also, so we sold a couple of properties that I couldn't get 1031 exchanged in the time allowed.Our LLC had losses which I thought would absorb the gain from the llc my current account said I have to claim the capital gain and not use the loss to offset or reduce it.

Can someone recommend a CPA in the Colorado Springs market?

Some don't care about higher rates and see it as training for a marathon in Colorado and running it at sea level (refinance down the line).

Also, does anyone have subject to contract for Colorado? 

I am looking to get my real estate license in Colorado and researching online school options.
