Any colors that I should aim for?

I painted once it was hell and then I did not like the color.

I have a client who is shopping around, and I want to empower him with questions that will help bring out their "true colors"....

From what I hear its not all roses and sunshine in Texas either... high property taxes, shifting foundations.  

They will allow you to make changes and modifications, but they will typically not allow them to be cheap and there will be paperwork involved for anything more than choosing a house color.

There are no easy answers as prices are high just about everywhere you look and you will get no free lunch ... sorry if that's a downer, but I'm just not that into selling fairy tale dreams of puppy dogs and ice cream looking through rose colored glasses ... plenty others around here that would be happy to do that, though :)

Just like you don't need a toll free number, beautiful full color flyers or a $500 website to get started.  

I stuck with the same paint colors on my flips to date, but will be revamping that on the next.

It is sort of a tradition that new members provide a bit of background and color so folks already here understand the new member better.
