I have only accept if people are employed in essential Industries or have a guaranteed payment such as Social Security. and people who think they will stay on my dime will be reminded that when the Courts open any evictions are prosecuted and that their credit history will be in the crapper for up to 10 years with an eviction proceeding

I reminded them that since they want to buy them they send me the receipt and I send then a check. 

Especially if you don't have relationships to rely on, it's important to educate yourself and do your due diligence, and you're doing a great job reminding people of that.I guess the conclusion is that this all makes for a useful and interesting debate!
