They will entertain a 1/2 seller financing but I am unsure on how this works, I have been following a lot of bp and never really heard how it works when only a portion is seller financed. the other issue is how much the bank will require being that it is technically a business not just real estate property.

However, we were informed today that our closing has to be pushed off to a far-off future date (rate will no longer be locked and basically will have to do the financing process again) due to an issue we haven't run into before, but seems simply not legal to us, so we hope we can get some assistance.We only know as much as we have been told, so here we go... the home we are under contract for was sold to the current owners via an owner carry, so the note is held by a private individual (the owner before the current owners).

Obviously, I am going to authorize an after-hours call to a plumber if there is a leak that results in water accumulating under the bathroom sink (preventing property damage is a no-brainer); however, if a toilet is clogged, the water heater stopped working, electric power is no longer coming into a section of the house, then I dont want to pay the premium to have the tradesperson come after-hours (I dont feel like paying a premium for the convenience to my renter) when the call can be made the following day or on Monday if the issue occurs on Sunday morning.

I continued for a little bit and gained valuable knowledge on the studies of art and math but with not job it was hard to continue to skate to school using up 4 hours to get and 4 hours to come home on school days i didnt really make time to actually follow through with interviews and potential job opportunities because i was to focused on my craft, but One day while skating to see my mom i saw a banner for a job opportunity and applied and told my self if i got called would follow through no matter what.
