Commit to immediate implementation by changing the way you define "failing" in your mind:Sending out mailing campaigns to sellers and not getting any deals yet is a success.Calling 20 FSBO calls everyday and not getting any deals yet is a success.It's a success because you are in motion and will eventually get to your destination purely by tweaking and staying consistent.Staying stuck in analysis paralysis forever is failing.

I don't regret making the decision though, but at the same time, it was pretty nice and I only got to enjoy it in a completed state for a few months.On pricing, (buying and selling) one nice thing about multifamily, and the more units there are the more true this is, is the price is purely a function of the income vs. expenses.

Sugar coating by saying Hi is a tough cash flow market doesnt do OP any good. 10% of ones income to feed an allygator isnt what RE is about.Being in the game just to be in the game is pure SILLYNESS.
