First question, did they provide you with pictures of mold for your records?   

- Is the license itself intrinsically useful for networking, or does nobody really need a rookie agent?

As a real estate agent and investor, I've been and found some good value in it.

For example a real estate agent may only be paid when a commission is earned.

Wondering if there’s any agents/investors out there looking for young hungry investor.

There really isn't anyway to contact hospitals or travel agencies to get direct housing, because I would say 99% of travel nurses take the per diem stipends and do not take company provided housing. 

Hopefully, he provided guidance on how he wanted things handled.
