Hello, I currently flip homes and I'd like to start buying rental properties, is there a current formula I should live buy when barrowing funds to purchase?

I only own one property and am just looking for a RE attorney to help me with the proper entity structure (again, as a one time thing) to protect my assets.

I have been a superhost on Airbnb with my first rental property that I bought in Warwick back in November 2023 and am looking to network and connect with tax professionals in the Rhode Island area that can help me better understand our tax picture as it relates to our business and STRs in general.

Any advice from seasoned investors would be appreciated on pulling the trigger on the first investment property.  

Even though a DSCR loan or any other loan would not lend on the property.

I noticed other companies charge the owner a fee like a $100 admin fee or something if we take over a property with a tenant the owner put in place and then have to evict them after a month to two later.

Hello, if I have a HELOC on a primary home and I move out to convert the house into a rental property, do credit unions/bank typically have an issue with that?
