Its also a lighter gauge material & on the install they did crack one piece so I would assume it's prone to stress cracking.Also be wary of the lighter gauge granite from China it is very prone to cracking & will surface scratch easily.We have Granite throughout our kitchen & house (14 years now) & it takes an amazing amount of abuse.

I'm sure there is a real estate school there for real estate agents, you might consider starting there, not saying take the exam for the license but the material presented will put you months (maybe longer) ahead of trying to dig out information piece by piece or from any guru stuff.

One more idea, you could use a Home Depot "project loan" to get up to 25k of your materials and some of the labor for things they install for 6 months with no payments or interest until after the 6 months.
