By the way, I recently purchased a 1% property in San Diego   The most shocking part was it was turnkey.  

(it was on a slab) I informed the seller about this and he was just shocked.

You’d be shocked by how little actual screening many PMC’s do!

You probably want access to certain things (shops, airports, cultural activities) so your best bet would be to try to live somewhere that's a medium sized city and not a smaller city so it doesn't shock your system and the way you live your day to day.
