To plan this route you need to account for how much cash you have to invest, how much time are you willing to dedicate, how much knowledge do you have, what skills could you provide, what aspects interest you, and what you want to achieve.

While I do give most of my time to running a business, I still have 5-10 hours per week or more to dedicate to real estate. 

So the question is what happens if there are already mortgages on the RE Would be awesome if some RE lawyers on the platform could give their thoughts. 

I'd eventually like to create enough passive income to live off so that I can dedicate my time towards my business that I'd like to start, and my future wife and kids. 

As far as the return being conservative it very much so is, just because the ROI is massive means nothing, this is what I've dedicated my life and learning to is  finding the best options for everything...

Does anyone have any tips on investing in crowdfunding platforms & where to start?

I know this is a lot of information but I wanted to start a platform to clear up this topic as much as it can be understood for everyone on BiggerPockets.

I dont know if this is because of COVID or because they changed their platform to include this on addition to their classes.
