I use MackBook Pro and a Google Pixel 2XL phone and the Waze app for driving directions.

It was nice to get to put my tenant screening plans to the test.

The real difference between us is he is more of a phone person than i am due to his past experience working in health insurance for many years and i have been spending most of my week knocking doors in my new farm area for listings and leads. 

I can do that just in what I do for a living... and that has only business debt IE phones ( I was going to say fax machine but I don't know that I have sent a fax in 5 years)  accounting fees etc.We need debt in home construction that's a given but its short term..

Although after the phone call the employee did say they were sending a bill.2) I am not doing any sewer work on this property whatsoever.

Go to Walmart and pay $2.00 for a white windshied marker, you know those markers that people use to put "Just Married" or "Just Graduated" on their cars, and write "I BUY HOUSES CASH" and your phone number on the back and two back side windows.

This evening i got a phone call from one of the caregivers in the handicap units saying the ceiling caved in. she said she didn't know if i was aware but there was a leak and now the ceiling has fallen.

There has been a LOT of chatter on BP about PM software, it seems my phone pings several times daily about it.
