I'm curious what you guys pay for basic services like mowing, routine maintenance, mulching when combining in a package deal with local landscape maintenance companies.  

In all honestly Im leaning heavily towards our banking relationships as they all seem to have some flavor of ACH in their portals, I would have one heck of an argument to get something like an erentpayment failure reversed, although they overall lack the integration with our accounting packages or the automation to apply late payments (for example) automatically.

If getting a package deal which includes all the education and benefits of TCS is worth the amount of money you spend doing nothing or self-educating...

Currently the best thing I can recommend out there right now (if you are looking for a DIY website that is functional and easy to use) is Joomla.I use Total Choice Hosting (www.totalchoicehosting.com), you can get the basic package to start with for like $4 a month and if you use them to buy your domain its $10 a year (this is somewhat pricey compared to other places but if you don't know anything about getting the domain name servers pointed in the right direction its easier to just use them.)By using this company you get access to an administrative panel called "CPanel".

They have a good interior designer as well so you get the entire package.

Bundling the properties in packages would make it better but also harder to sell since it would price a lot of people out compared to selling individual duplexes.
