If you’re signing a loan package and paying by the stamp it could be a large fee for that many documents needing notarization.

Here on BP or other places where there are larger players you can do both - Most will say buy as a package or buy singles if they are doing both.If your using CL or some other way I would do it individually as you will get more buyers that way....then you can cross sell if they don't like the one they called on.

Being an LP in a syndication deal but unless you are accredited or net worth over 500k I don't think you have reached that critical mass to nor gotten the experience yourself to be able to determine if a deal is good from the shinny pdf pitch package.
