Here, the entire debt (less the amount you pay to the association through the auction) stays with the property, and any outstanding balance gets inherited by the buyer.

Your closing docs might have signed documents detailing what is agreed to for outstanding problems after closing.  

The one off 7th street is a modern duplex and I usually have 20 to 30 something's fighting over it with premium rent.
