That may be something you can look into to reduce the cost of a new LLC for each property, however I’m not sure if an existing LLC can be turned into a Series LLC.

@Heshel Mangel, practically, a bank isn't going to originate a loan for the value of a home that only obligates half the value of the home in the event of default.
