Considering attending some local real estate meet ups so you can make some connections.

I haven't heard much from those interested in syndicating, although there are hard money lenders among the members, as well as members who would qualify as accredited investors.

I need to get the collective computing power of BP together and make a ruling here: A tenant has moved in and is under a year contract.
